The task this week is to create an alternative PL Plan Outline that will provide the overview and guidelines for my professional learning/professional development course that can be used to support my innovation plan. This outline view of my PL plan is the foundational aspect used to identify the key components I will need to address and fully develop my vision. I had to consider ways to incorporate the 5 key principles of effective PD into my plan which are: length, support, engagement, modeling, and specificity (specific content). The google sheet gives a look at the components that have been identified so far and serves as a fluid, working document for easier updates.

The journey through EDLD 5388 has been interesting. The challenge has been ensuring everyhing remains aligned to the original goal as new thoughts and ideas develope. The great thing is that with the foundation blocks at work and already completed, updating the vision can be done with ease.
